Information for a Space Check

Enquiries and guest AI access requests collect contact details, company context and your message. We use Google Workspace to notify our team and send you a transactional acknowledgement after submission. The Space Check also collects contact and company details, workplace requirements, candidate-space information, goals and selected-file metadata to process the requested assessment. Any existing file selections are details only; no binary files have been uploaded. Service acknowledgements are recorded with your request.

Saved drafts and website operation

Intake forms persist your draft on the server, linked to a seven-day browser session cookie. First-party funnel milestones help us understand completion and abandonment; they do not copy your answers into event properties. No external analytics or binary uploads are active. Hosting systems may process technical request information needed to serve and secure the website. Do not email sensitive plans until a secure submission channel is available.

Marketing choice

We do not offer marketing subscriptions or send promotional email. Previous consent may be withdrawn through a signed unsubscribe link; suppression takes effect immediately and prior consent evidence is retained separately from service requests.

Access, retention and privacy requests

Contact hello@fit2occupy.ca for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. Requests and consent evidence are stored privately in our PostgreSQL database, with internal notifications processed through Google Workspace. Hosting uses Ubuntu and Cloudflare. Browser access expires after seven days; this does not automatically delete a saved request. We review retention and deletion requests manually and do not promise an automated deletion deadline.
